EULA - End User License Agreement

This is not free software. As detailed below, you are licensed to use
the software for evalution purpose for up to 30 days, however if you use
the software beyond that date, or for purposes other than evalutation,
then you must pay the registration fee.

Please see the accompanying Ordering.txt file for details of how to
register, including online payment options.
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND JEREMY W. RILEY
('THE AUTHOR'). BY INSTALLING, USING OR COPYING THE SOFTWARE
YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY
TO THIS AGREEMENT.
IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID THE REGISTRATION FEE, you are hereby
licensed to use Logos for evaluation purposes without charge for
a period of 30 days. You may not continue to use the software after
this time, and you may not use the software for any purpose other than
evalutaion.

IF YOU HAVE PAID THE REGISTRATION FEE, you are hereby licensed
to use Logos on any computer provided that copies on different computers
are not used simultaneously.
You may, without making any payment:

a. Give or distribute exact copies of this version of Logos to anyone for
them to evaluate, except for the purpose of extending their evaluation
period, provided that you supply all the files that form part of the
distribution.

b. Make as many exact copies of this version of Logos as you wish, for
purposes of distribution as described in (a) above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,
for any copies, however made, and from distributing such copies with
other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior written
permission of the Author. The Author reserves the right to revoke
distribution rights at any time without prior notice, for any or no reason.
This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are
distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express
or implied, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability
and/or fitness for a particular purpose. The user must assume the entire
risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an
essential part of the agreement. In no event shall the author, or any
related party be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive
damages whatsoever relating to the use of Logos.

In addition, in no event does the Author authorize you to use the software
in applications or systems where failure to perform can reasonably
be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of
life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree
to hold the author harmless from any claims or losses relating to such
unauthorized use.
This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the
parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or
prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This
Agreement shall be governed by English law.

All rights of any kind in Logos which are not expressly granted in this
licence are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by the author. You
may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble or create derivative works based on Logos. You may not make
access to Logos available to others in connection with a service bureau,
application service provider, or similar business, or use Logos in a
business to provide word searching services to others.
